Simon Miller Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear

Chelsea Hansford has resumed her globetrotting tendencies for Simon Miller’s spring 2025 collection, this time landing in Acapulco, Mexico. The offering is standard fare for the Los Angeles-based brand, filled with knit sets, button-through linens, asymmetrical neck- and hemlines, and fringe galore. While raffia is a year-round staple in the Simon Miller universe, it is especially warranted in spring 2025. “We took a lot of nature references from the cliffside, the colors of the rocks,” Hansford said. Not all inspiration comes from Mother Earth though; the accessories were inspired by the “fringed raffia umbrellas” she observed at the hotel. Knit intarsias and smocked poplin skirt sets, meanwhile, nodded to the palm trees via straightforward leaf prints as well as more abstract designs hand-painted by Hansford’s husband.
